Amber joined Eightfold as Chief Growth Officer in September 2025, owning end-to-end GTM strategy, post-sale customer success, agentic adoption, solution delivery, and services partnerships for a new category of AI-native HR technology. Before Eightfold she spent 25 years as an HR practitioner at BCG, Intel, IBM, and GE.
Most recently she was Managing Director & Partner and Global Head of Recruiting / Chief Talent Officer at BCG (2020–2025). Prior to BCG she was Chief Talent Officer at Intel and Corporate Vice President, Head of Global Talent Acquisition at IBM, where she led one of the largest TA functions in the world across 170 countries with 50,000+ annual hires. Earlier she was VP of Global Talent Acquisition at GE Digital, helping grow the business from 100 to 28,000 employees in four years across 106 countries. She has also served as Senior Technology Advisor to B Capital Group and as a Board Advisor to eightfold.ai before joining full-time. She studied at Cornell, Saint Mary's College of California, and UNC Greensboro.
